The house

Ca’ Giardini is a 60sqm recently renovated luminous apartment, located in a peaceful and pleasant Venetian calle (street), where you can still find authentic Venetian everyday life, away from the usual tourist routes.


The apartment is situated on the first floor, with an independent front door, and can host up to 4 people. Once entered, you will find a room that can be used to store bulky objects (luggage, pushchairs, etc.). After having climbed the small stairs, the house opens up to a cosy living room with typical wooden beam ceiling and natural wood floor, with a fully equipped kitchen. A small access corridor connects you to the bathroom and to the double bedroom. In front of the kitchen there is a pretty lounge area with a sofa bed, which can be utilized as a second bedroom.
