Arts and Architecture and for its Venetian authenticity, its quiet, narrow streets and typical Venetian restaurants. The walk from the apartment to reach St. Mark's Square along the Riva
Schiavoni (quayside) is very pleasant, along the Arsenale, the Naval Museum and numerous palaces of exquisite architecture on one side, and the spectacular scenery of St. Mark's bay on the other.
The apartment is located in a strategic position that easily allows you to reach Venice's major places of interest:
- 15 minutes walk or n° 1 boat stop to San Marco;
- 20 minutes walk or n° 4 boat stops to Rialto;
- 1 boat stop (2 stops in the winter season) to Lido, location of the International Film Festival
The area is one of the few places of Venice that is rich in parks, perfect for walks and jogging (it is the finish line of the Venice Marathon, usually held at the end of October), and public
playground.
